Eliza Jasinska, Esq., RN

Eliza is a Nurse Attorney who handles matters that focus on Injury, Abuse & Neglect, Family Law, and Consumer Protection. Eliza brings over 20 years of healthcare and legal experience to the Advocates to help the sick, injured, disabled, and elderly. She has been a licensed Registered Nurse and a Public Health Nurse for the past 20 years.  Before starting her law firm practice, Eliza worked at LA County Public Health, City of Anaheim, and had her own Professional Fiduciary and Consulting Practice. Eliza serves as the Executive Director and Chairwoman.

Natalia has a proven track record of obtaining favorable results for her clients. Natalia conducted over 25 jury trials to verdict, both criminal and civil. Natalia conducted over 60 bench trials. Natalia is a former prosecutor, Deputy District Attorney, and California Attorney General. Natalia offers her expertise in criminal and civil litigation matters. In her private practice, Natalia specializes in family law, professional license defense, complex civil litigation matters, elder abuse, probate, commercial real estate, contract, fraud, and negligence from inception through settlement and trial. Natalia obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Political Science from UCLA in 1999. In 2001, Natalia obtained her Master’s Degree in Policy Studies (MPP) from the UCLA School of Public Policy, Social Research, and Urban Planning (currently UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs). Natalia obtained her law degree from the University of San Diego in 2004. Natalia serves as the Secretary.
